2020 has certainly had its challenges! It has required everyone to change how, and in many cases where, they work.

Resilience has never been more critical, for both individuals and leaders, to enable them to cope with the uncertainty that is COVID-19.

In this interactive webinar we explored how to focus on what you can control, managing negative self-talk and embedding habits to create change and build resilience. Participants were be able to share with each other what's working, what's not and how to approach being a leader at this time.

This complimentary webinar was brought to you courtesy of our Premium Partner Entity Solutions and was facilitated by James Atkins from Vantage Strategy
