Member ALERT || Omnibus casually passes through Senate
After what appears to have been an intense period of negotiation, backpeddling by the government and media scrutiny, the Fair Work Amendment (Supporting Australia's Jobs and Economic Recovery) Bill 2021 (Bill) has passed the senate.
The Bill in its current form differs from the Bill as it was initially proposed.
