How to win the race for clients and talent - and stay legally protected

If you’re in business, you’re in the legal game whether you like it or not.  Unfortunately, many agencies think they need to avoid the legal game to be successful. This means they accept lots of risk or, worse, ignore thinking about  risk at all. In this session, Martin is going to introduce you to his 3 step  formula to show you:

  • Why cut and paste legal documents are never a good idea, and even the best legal documents money can buy can be counter-productive.
  • How to simplify the rules of the legal game and positively impact your key relationships – clients, contractors, candidates, and consultants.
  • Why embedding the ‘legals’ in your sales process will impress clients and contractors, speed up sales, impact consultant wellbeing and keep you legally protected.
