Join APSCo Australia and the Gadens team for an interactive webinar on Thursday, June 6, as we explore the 'Right to Disconnect'.

Led by George Haros, Diana Diaz, and Jessica Smith, this webinar will unravel what this concept means for you and your business.

While the 'Right to Disconnect' may seem new, this concept has already been successfully implemented in various countries around the globe. There are, however, new risks for employers to consider and we'll examine if this could lead to increased litigation and what steps you need to take to navigate these potential issues.

What you'll gain from attending:

  • A comprehensive understanding of the 'Right to Disconnect'
  • Insights into when it is 'reasonable' for an employee to refuse contact
  • Factors that determine the reasonableness of an employee's refusal
  • Mechanisms available to employees if they believe their employer has breached this obligation
  • What businesses need to do to respond to this change

Be sure to bring any questions you have, as our legal experts will be addressing them during dedicated Q&A.
