Sophie Robertson (FRCSA) founded Younique Coaching in 2007 after having worked in the Recruitment Industry for 18 years in various roles from Consultant to General Manager and Business Development Director. Her special expertise is in helping people to SUCCESS through training, coaching & mentoring in both soft and hard skills. The most important soft skill is training the mind to have a Growth mindset. With the right mindset anything is possible as witnessed from Sophie’s Testimonials from recruiters and recruitment leaders alike. Hard skills include delivering Masterclasses in Temp Recruitment, Perm Recruitment, Business Development, Leadership skills amongst other topics.
