APSCo ACT Local Representative Committee Meeting - March 2022

Please join us for the next meeting of the ACT Regional Committee on Friday March 25.

The APSCo Australia local representative committee in the ACT provides a voice for APSCo Members in influencing the professional staffing community in and around the nation's capital.

Attendees will receive an update on APSCo initiatives, and hear from APSCo Premium Partner Squire Patton Boggs on the recent High Court decisions regarding engaging an on-hired workforce.

Our guest speaker will discuss mitigating and eliminating risks to business, the casual employment definition and how this affects contractors, plus odco third-party arrangements.

Any immediate issues affecting the ACT Region will also be discussed.
