Michael Donoghue is a seasoned business leader with over twenty years' experience in the Fintech and digital payments managed services industry. In his previous role as co-founder, CEO, and Director of IP Solutions International, Michael led the company from its inception to becoming an innovator in the digital payment and security arena. Under his leadership, the company managed projects for some of Australia's largest and most renowned companies, managing projects handling over $13 billion dollars in annual transactions.
His expertise spans strategy, innovation, managed services delivery and change/digital transformation management. With a strong foundation in business execution, Michael and his team have successfully managed some of the largest digital payment transformation projects in Australia.
His directorship experience and AICD training further bolster his credentials. Michael holds an Honours Degrees in Economics & Philosophy from Trinity College, Dublin, with postgraduates in financial services. With additional AI specialised training from the University of Oxford (UK) and Vanderbilt University (US), which provides comprehensive insights into AI's ecosystems, machine learning, policies, business case development and optimisation, advanced prompt engineering and data analysis (including ethical considerations for business AI innovation and implementation).
